Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service!! We selected that 6:45pm show but the app gave us the 8:45pm show. I called to change it. The agent ( sounded tired and upset) said that he would contact his group about making the change. They then emailed to say that they could not change the time to the show time we selected. They could not explain why the app automatically moved our time either. Very UNHELPFUL! I was about to delete the app. The only reason I didn’t was due to the fact that my bf was able to make the time work and the candlelight folks were great! I think that they need to find a better provider than Fever. Really terrible

No Refunds

They do not give refunds. I wish I knew that before I accidentally purchased a ticket in the wrong zone.

It’s the first time I use any event booking app that’s dare to say they don’t do cancellations or refunds at all!!! Never use this again

They flat out lie

At this time I don’t think I’ll ever continue using this app. They’ve canceled an event on me without even send a notice. I just had a voucher, they constantly jack up the prices for tickets based on their desires and they have no forgiveness for unforeseen events. My dad just died (I purchased the tickets prior but thought this was going to be an event with a friend to cheer me up after the fact, but my friend I intended to bring to an event ended up with Covid (we’re healthcare workers) I’m feeling forced to go to an event after all their push back to avoid losing out on half of my money… the other half I just gone as she can not attend I let them know as soon as we found out which was more that 24 hours in advance too. To add to all of this, they lied to me and told me that this was an event ran by the venue, but the venue then said no that this is the space that they’re just using to host the event that they created themselves So they monopolize the event blame vendors when there’s issues going on, so they don’t have to accept any kind of responsibility or take accountability for anything themselves. I’m thinking about a Ticketmaster Situation here.

Ticket Issued for Wrong Date Refuse to Refund or Change Date

I purchased a concert ticket through the Fever app for a specific date, but they issued a ticket for the wrong day. I reached out to their support team immediately, but they refused to correct the issue or offer a refund, citing a strict “no refunds” policy — even though the mistake was on their end. The event is still weeks away, yet they refuse to help. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I paid for a specific service and didn’t receive it. Be cautious before purchasing — their support does not protect customers when something goes wrong.

I had to fight for a refund even though the mistake was on their end. After finally being promised a refund within 10 days, I’ve now been waiting for almost two months with no resolution. Avoid this app if you don’t want to deal with frustrating delays and poor support.

Will not refund no matter the scenario, no option for insurance either

I recently had an event, and the day before had an unforeseen circumstance completely out of my control happen that made me unable to attend the event. I reached out and explained the scenario, and asked to reschedule the tickets or get a refund. They refused to work with me on the matter, despite the painful nature of the circumstance. What's worse is I would have bought insurance for the tickets if it were an option, like so many other ticket companies, but they do not provide that option. Now, I'm out almost $100 dollars and can't reschedule the event. On top of that, the agents are very rude and unprofessional, as my ticket was closed without them even replying. Do not use this company, it is much too risky and they are unwilling to work with you.

Terrible service - no refunds allowed despite their own code error

I received an event code and when tried to use it, the code didn’t work and my credit card was charged. I immediately reached out to customer service and they refused to refund the money and was told to use the code that didn’t work to begin with. DO NOT BUY TICKETS from this company!

Prices are ridiculous

When the same events are happening within a couple hours drive for half the price it’s becoming questionable. Went to tons of events in the last two years just to find they’ve doubled the price in my area but not in areas they’re newer to around me. It was fun while it lasted but I’d rather save my money and go to nicer events for the new price tag.

Unable to go to an event as my kid is ill. My option is to find another buyer last minute. Not refund or ability to change to a different day. I will be thinking twice about buying through them. I had to give them 1 star in order to submit. Otherwise it would have been 0

Worst Customer Service

This company is absolutely horrible. They are definitely greedy as well. Their app malfunctioned and charged us over 100 dollars. Then they only offered a voucher instead of a refund. It was explained that this was an error on their part, but it did not seem to matter. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS.

Forced app download

Never used the app but on principle I will never use an app if its from a website forcing me to download their app. Bought tickets from the site but every time I try to download my tickets it redirects me to download the app. Pathetic, they don’t do this before you buy the ticket cause they know you wouldn’t use the platform so instead they hold your tickets hostage. Its clear they have no faith in their product otherwise they wouldn’t do this.

I booked the wrong movie theater. They refused to give me a voucher or exchange it for the correct movie theater. They told me that the venue did not offer exchanges or refunds. That’s a flat out lie. I called AMC theaters myself, and they are apologetic to me. They were not apologizing on the behalf of Fever nevertheless , they gave me a voucher to use For future Since I had to pay again to book in the right theater And pay out-of-pocket.

Howww?!!!

I was looking at their job opportunities, and there was blatant ageism printed right on their site! In attempts to contact them, the only option was to create an account. I did so and was not even rerouted to the help section I was currently in… Next is searching the entire site for help. Screw that! Here I am. I put on at least 3 events every single week for free, wherever I travel. And they’re spectacular! I have thousands of perfect reviews (NONE UNDER 5 star) I thought maybe I would join show you guys a thing or two. Since there are so many bad reviews out there. It’s not in the business plan, or the execution (just look how many people DONT like that other “…Adventures group).

Doesn’t sync with anything

The app doesn’t sync with any wallet. It won’t even allow you to change emails or account details without calling in reliably. Their reps tell advise have to keep your app and account active for your tickets to work and they take no responsibility for your ticket if you do not stay active with them as a company. Just another company that bombards you with notifications for very little actual service.

I bought tickets for an event that was an hour away from our house. We show up at the door just to find out that the event doesn’t even start for another week. First and last time using this app.

Don’t Recommend

When ordering tickets hope that nothing unforeseen arises, because you will be stuck with no help whatsoever and be out the money for your tickets. Customer service was a joke. I received a big middle finger from Fever. Never again.

Don’t buy tickets from them

They don’t have any respect and responsibility if you buy a ticket and cannot use it bcs the place is full and cannot accommodate everyone. They don’t give a refund, they give vouchers so you can go again and have another horrible experience. Ridiculous!!

Horrible customer service

Purchased tickets in December for a show in March. After my purchase I couldn’t locate the email with the tickets and never got a reminder email about the upcoming performance. I had thought I purchased tickets for March 9th but when I went to double check was told the tickets were for March 2 and I was out of luck no refund no credit towards a future purchase. Nothing at all. Will not be buying tickets from them again.

TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I’ve been trying to get help for almost a week, and no one gets back to me. We keep responding to automated bots and getting strung along just to miss deadlines or give up. They’re great at selling, but when it comes to helping buyers, they’re terrible. A complete scam. Buy from them, but pray you never need technical support. We’re not dealing with professionals. They’re either amateurs or scammers only after money.

They will take your money

Do not cancel your tickets or look at them before you get them they will cancel them and then ask you to buy them at a much higher price. It is an absolute scam and I can’t believe they run their business like this

Poor customer service

I spent $120 on tickets to a candle light concert. Which I attended and it was nice; but didn’t end up using my other ticket. I was told by a Fever employee AT THAT EVENT that I could use my other ticket for another event. So I emailed the company twice and called to see how I could use the ticket. Only to get the run arounds to verify my account and in the end get told “sorry the tickets are non Transferable”. They are constantly having similar events and could easily give a ticket credit. However they are money hungry.

It’s completely unnecessary to require an app just to retrieve tickets. Not only does it make it more difficult to manage the tickets, but then every person who has tickets has to download an app?

Forced install

This is an unpleasant trick to sell people ticket and force them to install app to download ur own ticket. Already deleted the app and I guess this kind of dirty marketing shows this is not a safe business

Not sending the code to verify email to set up the app

I’ve now used two different emails and refreshed backed out of app and re-downloaded the app and I’m not receiving anything so that I can go into the email in order to contact customer support. Your app states 24 seven hour support. I’ve now emailed and cannot set up your app that I just downloaded. I am needing to switch two tickets to a different day.

APP IS A SCAM

This app is a scam they overcharged tremendously they falsely advertiser events. They don’t care about their customers. They only care about money and the App scams you any chance it gets? I have the location to Richmond and it popped up tickets for New York without telling me then proceeded to buy tickets for New York under the impression I was buy tickets for Richmond because the location was set at Richmond, then proceeded to be told too bad too sad for an exchange even tho I am a very avid customer. They don’t care about you. They only care about money. Do not use this app.

Event cancelled and refused refund

Bought tickets on Fever for Bingo Loco event - event was cancelled on original date and moved to one month later - our tickets were automatically moved to new date. We are unavailable to attend on new date and they refused to refund me and my friends. Customer service is terrible. I will never do business with them again!

STAY AWAY!!

Robbing me $50 because I bought the tickets early. I just wanted an extra ticket due to a surprise visit and not only did I get overcharged $50, now I have to pay even more to get another ticket! The refund policy is designed for Fever to act like rats once someone put some cash in this businesses hand. DO NOT EVER buy a ticket from FEVER until the LAST SECOND. It seems that the company is low on revenue so once they get someone to hand them money, they'll run away and care less about your experience to their event. My experience has been ruined before I have even gotten to the event due to knowing this cash-hungry company only cared about suckering me in for a few extra $ rather than accommodating a surprise visit from my family member.

Read the no return policy

My candlelight event was cancelled right before (due to construction allegedly?). So they gave me a voucher which I couldn't use. So I thought my valentines day was ruined and I'll have to spend more money on something else. I was irritated, but I emailed them and got a response, that it would be fully refunded. I am unsure why my case was different than the many on here.

Worst Customer Service

Fever is a company of dishonest and unhelpful people that I really do not recommend. They do not recognize their mistakes and steal money from you. Careful!

Hard to use

I felt the app was not very good. I never got a receipt. The first time I had to email you several times to finally get a confirmation of my tickets. Then I had to cancel them and redo purchasing them. And this was my suggestion in order to solve the problem. You just left me hanging with sorry you can’t get your tickets, but we sent them to you. I will avoid using your services in the future. FYI, you also said that you sent me some sort of promotion which I never received as well. Poor app poor service. I will say the only good thing was that when I did email you you did respond with in about 10 minutes each time which I appreciated even though you couldn’t handle or solve the problem

Terrible Customer Service

Bought tickets to an event but could not safely make it due to an ice storm. Tried but my car slid off the road and I didn’t feel safe going. Asked for a refund due to Act of God and they offered me voucher for the same event (event had no more openings). When I told them that the agent cut our conversation off abruptly and marked my claim as resolved. I had to log another complaint and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Terribly unprofessional.

Extremely Responsive Customer Service

I had an issue with a voucher and contacted Fever about it. Although it was already the evening, they emailed me back same-day and went out of their way to resolve the issue. Great experience, over $100 would have basically gone to waste if they hadn't helped me out. Looking forward to the event later this month!

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Not even worthy of 1 star. Do not recommend.

Good app. Inexcusable fees.

The app works perfectly well. It has a design language that’s consistent and pleasing to the eyes. Good events, good variety. This is why I give it 5 stars, since it’s a review for the app itself. However, the booking fees are quite ridiculous. It’s sad to see Fever following the same pattern as Ticketmaster.

Business practice

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Fever and their awful refund policy. I purchased tickets for an event on what I believed was a specific date, but when I checked out, the date had changed. Instead of issuing a refund, they only gave me credit. I reluctantly used that credit for another event, only for that event to be canceled—and again, instead of refunding my money, they gave me credit again. At this point, I’ve lost all trust in this company. Their policy seems designed to trap customers into a cycle of non-refundable credit rather than making things right. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company because clearly, Fever has no intention of honoring fair business practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid booking with them!
